M.A.D. is an incorporated non-profit, 501 C-3 tax exempt organization dedicated to bring organization and awareness to issues concerning men. Issues where men are not getting fair representation in the media or the courts. Issues that we believe are so discriminatory as to be actually against the law. Issues that when looked at in depth are not just injustices against men, but also to society as a whole. These issues are contributing to the destruction of marriage and the traditional family. This is contributing to children in our society being raised fatherless.

The most important reason is that you are needed. It will take people like us to do the work to support this cause. We are working to show the truth so men can be vindicated from their persecution. We will make a stand for men's justice and equal protection under the law. We will be shown as the victims of political prejudice, and scapegoats of a self-serving welfare system. You will get the satisfaction of knowing you helped reform a system that was destroying the family, hurting society and detrimental to the lives of our children.

Lea Anna Cooper has written a book with the support of Liam Magill, along with his partner and enduring power of attorney Cheryl King. This book is an in depth look at the Magill case as it has progressed through the courts.
"Days of Tempest" is the story of Liam Magill, an Australian man, who has been involved in an internationally publicized paternity fraud case. Liam discovered that another man fathered two of his three children. A man he considered to be his friend, Derek Rowe. Liam was deceived about the paternity of these children by his wife, Meredith McClelland-Magill, and her lover, Derek; a man that is one year older than her own father.
After Meredith's abrupt departure, Liam was forced by the courts to financially support these children. Rowe, the biological father, disclaimed his responsibility of both Heath and Bonnie. Derek felt he would be better off moving 'out of the area,' so he changed the 'ownership' of all his monetary worth, including home, land and cash, to his wife's name, Veronica Rowe. They ultimately sold everything and fled to another region, escaping financial responsibility and payment to the Child Support Agency. It wasn't until the media finally caught up with Rowe, following the 'release of the DNA results' that he would eventually admit to fathering the two youngest children. However, at that point he exclaimed to the media, "I Owe Liam Magill Nothing!!"
Liam fought the case from the lowest court, then onto the High Court and was eventually awarded damages of $70,000 AUD, from his ex-wife, based on fraud via Australia's Law of Deceit. But after an appeal by Meredith Magill, who was represented by the top-notch law firms of Australia, at the expense of the taxpayers, the case was overturned. When attempting to get the outcome of that appeal reversed, Liam was refused. He was once again being held financially liable for children that were not his; children that Liam was no longer allowed to see, because of the threats by imposed by Meredith's wealthy parents, and was disallowed any contact with them by the McClelland family.

Our government though the family courts and child support systems are funding and encouraging illegitimacy. The government is complicit in what has become a family law industry designed to profit from the destruction of families and the encouragement of illegitimate births. This has become an industry where the so-called solutions actually create and perpetrate the problems they are designed to fix. This piece will expose one aspect of these issues currently covered up by the mainstream media and what we know to be the family law industry.

If I was 14 weeks' pregnant, I could have an abortion. I could simply decide on my own that another child would complicate my life in unacceptable ways. Too expensive, too inconvenient, not the right time - whatever the cause - I could make a call, schedule an abortion and be rid of my problem.

Deadbroke Dad's
Six-year-old Tynea fidgeted at the dinner table, bored, counting a stack of crackers on her plate. A Warner Bros. cartoon murmured faintly from the living room of the Mack Road apartment where she was visiting her father, Darryl Gay, for the weekend.
Tynea’s parents never married and broke up soon after she was born. Gay, 41, continued to visit his daughter almost daily, and, though there was no child-support order, contributed to her upbringing by buying diapers, clothes, formula and other necessities.
“I was buying my daughter whatever she needed because I was there every day,” Gay says. “I knew what her needs were. I was buying what she needed.”
But then, Gay says, Tynea’s mother moved out of town without telling him, taking his daughter and her six other children from different relationships with her. Two years and two private investigators later, Gay finally found Tynea living in Oakland with her mother. He was eager to renew his relationship with his daughter and begin contributing what he could to her upbringing.
